Extra hours are $100 per hour with The Snapshot Moment and $150 per hour with The Kaptured Moment, The Kaptured & Created Moment, or The Infinite Moment.

The Infinite Moment includes one signature keepsake for up to 100 guests. Choose from photo magnets, keychains and bag charms, keepsake frames, or a signature photo album. Keepsakes beyond 100 guests are available for an additional fee.

Yes, at no charge with The Kaptured Moment and The Infinite Moment. It’s optional, so just let us know if you’d like it.

We recommend booking at least 4-8 weeks in advance. During high-demand periods, such as wedding season and holiday times, we recommend booking as early as possible, as dates fill quickly.

We ideally need a 10 x 10 ft area and one standard outlet. We can often work with less, so contact us and we’ll confirm your space. The Kaptured & Created Moment also needs a table for the bead station, about 6 ft long.

We arrive 60-90 minutes before your event start time to set up the booth, backdrop, and props, and we handle full breakdown at the end, with no extra time needed on your part.

A deposit of at least 25% is required to reserve your date, due when you sign your agreement. It may be more depending on how close your event is. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of your event require full payment. One reschedule is allowed with 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Full details are in your service agreement.

Travel within Long Island and NYC is included in your package price. For
events in Westchester or NJ, a travel fee may apply depending on distance. We'll let you know at the time of booking and include it in your quote if applicable.

The bead station is recommended for ages 5 and up. Younger children are welcome at the photo booth, and can join the bead station with an adult’s supervision.

Yes. All guests, kids and adults, get unlimited photo booth sessions and prints for the full 3 hours.

No bulky enclosure. Our open-air booth sets up in a corner of the room, so it works in a ballroom, a backyard, or a church hall.
